« This is the stay of a lifetime (especially since it is connected to the neighboring Blue Lagoon)—and it reflects a corresponding price tag. Sticker shock aside, they have thought of every manner to pamper guests and make them feel at home (and willing to part with more cash in purchasing their various products). The staff are very well trained in the art of hospitality and will go out of their way to be of assistance. This may not be an every few year stay but it is certainly is worth a checking...

« Pretty expensive for what it is which is a basic 3* facility at 400+ euros (yes, peak season). It’s clean. It has beds. The directions they give from the terminal are pretty misleading and it is NOT connected to the terminal even though it is walkable. No fridge in room, only basic amenities. Reception was nice enough but would I come back if given a choice ? Not really. »

« Lovely place with amazing panoramic view!! Well-supplied kitchen. Bed was very comfortable (our best sleeping night in Iceland out of 8 different hotels). Host was super responsive and helpful. The sauna is a must-try!! »
