A large wrap-around deck with gas grill and lots of seating overlooks the lake. Parking for two vehicles. Great veiws from deck.Chimenea with no fire wood.Indoor pellet stove with no pellets no direction.No drinkable water.Incredible low pressure in shower. We had to take it apart and clean out the filter. There should be some type of water filtration system installed for showering and drinkable water.Confusing ac/heating remotes with no direction. Took us over an hour to figure out. Via Google. Shower could have been cleaner. For fresh air we were limited to 1/3 third of the windows being capable of openings.However , it was close to town for necessities and dining. Murphy's tavern was the best , along with pop's bagels.We rented a pontoon boat had a spectacular time on it! Greenwood lake rentals. Fair price

Ideal Location

We had a comfortable stay at this charming cabin. The location was perfect for us to visit family and friends in the area as well as our favorite apple orchards. We also appreciated the owners allowing our dog to be with us and for the special touches for our pet.

It's the Small Things

My husband and I loved our 5-day stay at this peaceful cabin along Greenwood Lake. The owners have taken great care to add little touches to make the cabin feel like home. From the customized coasters, to the thoughtful information binder, to the tea collection and coffee syrups, it's clear the owners really care about their property and giving guests the best experience. The furnishings were comfy and anything we needed to cook with was already there. Although we didn't bring our dogs along on this trip, having stayed in a few other "dog-friendly" rentals, this was one of the most welcoming canine setups I've seen, with couch covers and dog bowls waiting for you, and even a dog bed, as well as instructions on areas to walk your dog and info on dog-friendly excursions. The property sits on a main road, so there is some traffic noise from the street below on the deck and in the living room. However, we found the noise wasn't audible from the bedroom and the convenience of being on a main road far outweighed listening to the traffic. I would definitely recommend this property, and we'll be back soon!

Outstanding from the 1st message w/ Lucas and the property is exactly what I had hoped for! We all need to stop saying how great it is otherwise we won't be able to get another reservation!!! Lucas - Thank you for a terrific long weekend, hiking, Storm King, a long lunch at D'Boathaus, full moon down on the dock, naps on the lake, and evenings on the deck with the fire pit and crickets lulling us to sleep.

Relax and breathe

I would definitely stay at this cabin again. The furnishings are comfortable. The hosts have a great eye to detail. It’s really adorable and very clean. That’s important to me. Sitting on that porch was pretty close to heaven.I will be back.

Charming and Cozy

Canadian wildfires and Greenwood Lake

The house was lovely. Due to the smoke we were unable to use the beautiful deck and could barely see the lake but we had a wonderful time anyway. The local restaurants were excellent. It was a nostalgic trip for both of us.

Amazing cabin by the lake!

We loved our stay in this cozy, cute, clean cabin! There are so many fun things to do nearby - the lake, hikes, restaurants, wineries, etc. The house is stocked with so many things you might need (cooking supplies, bug spray, games, Fire stick). We brought our dog who had a blast swimming and running around in local parks… one warning is that the deck of the house is not enclosed, if you plan on bringing a dog I suggest a long leash so they can walk around without you having to worry. Overall amazing getaway! Thank you so much!

Clean and cozy weekend getaway

The property is clean, check in was easy. The location is nice. There is some noise from the roadway below the property but it is not disruptive. There are plenty of restaurants in the area and trails close by for hiking. It is not fancy, just quaint and has the essentials!
