« Everything was clean and updated. I loved everything about the place itself. I would say that no one was winning much. We saw only one guy win big and we all talked about the poor winning amounts and not many bonuses especially for a Friday night. »

« I arrived to the property and the outside of the building leaves much to be desired. Then I step into the lobby where I’m greeted with a kiosk of someone from another country video calling in to check me into the hotel, which was annoying because their accent was hard to understand. « Check-In was quick and easy. The hot tub was closed for maintenance during our stay. We consistently had problems with the key cards and being able to enter the door and gain access to our room. The shower was completely out of shampoo, which I requested from the front desk staff along with extra towels. Neither of those were ever received, and they were asked twice. In a pinch, I might stay again, but I would likely look for other accommodations first. »

« Nice place to stay, no real big issues, water pressure for the shower and the sink were very good. Breakfast was really good every morning. Check in was okay, personal helping us was a little rude, but in the end he was helpful. Property is nice, rooms were quiet and the black out shades do a great job. Hotel was in a great location not too far from 2 freeways. A lot of things to do within a half mile radius I would recommend this place and would stay here again »

« The hotel was cleaning quiet. The front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful upon check in. It was very convenient to everything at well.When they cleaned the room they didn't make the bed. Never had that happen before. Other than that I would stay here again »

« The property seemed new. It was nice, but unpolished. The hot water was very hot (careful, kids). The sign showing which direction our room was backwards so they put a paper sign over it with the correct directions. The shower head flange wasn't glued to the wall so you could see the pipe coming from the wall. The power splitter was hanging down from behind the TV. Overall it was a nice place but you could see not everything was in its place. »

« The front desk receptionist was nothing less than rude during the check in. The lighting throughout is dark and needs upgrading. Honestly, the whole things needs to be upgraded at this point and it needs an ultra cleaning. The room floor clearly hasn’t been mopped or cleaned in a while. There were visible spills throughout the room. There was also a hand towel with makeup still on it. »
