« I chose this apartment for its location primarily and it was a hit. Since we were traveling and staying for two weeks with a toddler and a new baby I was looking for it to also have an outdoor space, and it was wonderful as seen in the pictures. « No coffee was provided for morning. When arriving to the property, there was another car in the driveway and we were not able to pull in to unload our luggage. Had to park a half a mile away and carry everything with us to the rental. We were aware of the 6 foot ceilings, but we were not told ahead of time that we would not be able to park at the property. « The owner was very communicative and responsive throughout my stay, which I truly appreciated. However, the condition of the room was far below my expectations. The space was not clean, and the bathroom was in terrible shape — the toilet area had visible dirt and bugs, the floor corners were filthy, and it looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. « The end of the bed is RIGHT by the front door, but tbh, it didn't hinder the charm and coziness of this place. Yeah it's a bit cramped, but we weren't in NYC to stay in our room. We loved that is was right in the middle of all the hustle and bustle of the city. So many bodegas and pizza places and other food stops to browse within walking distance.
