« Had problems with getting into property, code would not work and could not get in touch with anyone, had to sit outside of property for a while before some one finally got in touch with us. Finally had to use key to access property. Also contacted about a month before arrival for changing dates to stay said it would not be a problem, but i got charged for the extra day, they said they would look into it never heard a word. Not real happy. »

« This is a cute house, perfect for a family or two couples. It is located close to U of L and Churchill Downs. Felix was very responsive and friendly! »

« We had an amazing Derby Girls weekend for our birthdays! The host was phenomenal and went above and beyond for us! She was so generous and such a wonderful host! Parking was easy on the street! House was clean and as described! Adorable hostess gift was left for us. She was so accommodating for our group! I would stay here again! »

« The overall experience was pretty good. If booking just be mindful that the property is in a not as safe area of the neighborhood. Also a thing to keep in mind that it’s a shared property so getting hot tub time might be a challenge if there’s others on the property, and if you have mobility issues with stairs they are super steep just keep that in mind! Over all communication was great! »

« This was by far a fantastic find!! The house was extremely clean, drawers and cupboards were well labeled making everything easy to find, bedrooms were super spacious, hot tub was amazing and easy to use, fire pit area was well laid out and very relaxing. Communication with the host was fast and helpful. Check in process was clear and extremely helpful! The house is on a quiet street but a short drive to almost everything. The only minor downside is the first come first serve street parking...
