« Our stay was for a bowling tournament that went from Green Bay down to Oshkosh. The house was located close to the Bowling alleys. It was convenient to get around. The staff was great. « This beautiful home has all the charm of an old house but with updated and convenient features. The three bedrooms were perfect for our family. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to prepare and serve meals. There is a spacious dining room and two sitting/living room areas. The laundry chute was fun and convenient to get the dirty laundry out of sight. The location was perfect for us and convenient to everything Appleton has to offer. The price was very reasonable, instructions...

« Over all it wasn’t bad but definitely needed some updating! Need proper curtains for the bedrooms. The downstairs bedroom needs a curtain for the door or a new door. Also needs a new ceiling fan! New decor. And fix up the yard. We stayed 3 days although we weren’t there much. But with some updating wouldn’t be too bad. »

« EXcellent communication with the host. Any questions during our stay were very promptly answered.This nicely updated vintage home had tons of character, good mattresses and clean, nice quality, betting and towels. The kitchen was well equipped, which was really important to us. Appreciated the modern clawfoot tub. this is a vintage home with quirky corners and nice woodwork, convenient laundry in typically scary basement ;-) … would rent again and recommend it for its easy proximity to Lawrence...

« The home was advertised to sleep 7 and we had 7 people. Everyone was comfortable but there were not enough coffee cups and untensils, and the kitchen was low on supplies. The owner was excellent at communicating and provided us with an iron as requested. Overall it worked well for sleeping 7 people and the location was convenient for our time in Appleton. »
