The unit boasts stunning views of the city, comfortable furnishings, and top-of-the-line amenities. With a private entrance, up three flights of stairs (no elevator), you'll enter your very own 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo. The unit is well-appointed with new furnishings, king beds, 3 Smart TVs, and a private balcony to relax on in the evenings (or to enjoy your morning cup of coffee!)

You’re right off The Swamp Rabbit Trail and a hop, skip, and a jump to beautiful Falls Park! If you’re coming to Greenville for business or a conference, imagine staying in the heart of downtown Greenville! GSP International Airport is only 17 minutes away, and you are a mere 15 minutes from just about everything else Greenville has to offer!

This unit is convenient and comfortable, with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths; the condo is 1,200 square feet of space! You'll enjoy the plush memory foam mattresses with Egyptian cotton and cotton linens, flat-screen Smart TVs, WIFI, a full kitchen featuring new appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and stainless steel cookware. There’s even a washer and dryer (with a complimentary starter set of detergent and softener!)

Please be aware that this unit is located in a bustling downtown area, and noise from street traffic and nearby businesses may be audible during your stay. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience, but please note that refunds will not be given due to noise levels.

We especially love making traveling with little ones easier for you. Want to leave all your bulky "baby paraphernalia" at home? StayGVL offers daily rentals of children's gear with no added delivery fees. Inquire with us about our offerings! Request those items when reserving the property, and we'll ensure they are on-site when you arrive.

What about pets?
Unfortunately, this home is NOT pet friendly, and we cannot make exceptions.

We do comply with requirements for service animals; however, please note that the ADA does not consider Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) the same as Service Animals, and therefore ESAs are not covered under the same rules. Any guest bringing an ESA will need to pay for the animal as the listing description requires.

What about early check-ins and late checkouts?
We understand you want to maximize your time in Greenville, so we offer early check-in and late checkout options. NOTE: There is a small fee for this service. Standard check-in is 4:00 PM; early check-in is 1:00 PM. Standard check-out is 10:00 AM; late checkout is noon. All requests must be made ahead of time.

Do you allow long-term or frequent stays?
Long-term stays are welcome! For stays over 14 days, we require a refundable security deposit. Deposit information is below:

14 to 30-day stays: $500.00
30-day stays and over: $1000.00

What if I come to Greenville often?
We love repeat travelers, and we offer seasonal discounts to repeat travelers only. Make sure you sign up for our newsletter, and you will get notifications throughout the year tailored to YOU!

What are your cleaning practices (and fees)?
Some guests have asked why our cleaning fees seem slightly higher than other rental companies. It's a fair question, and here's our honest answer: When it comes to guest safety, we will never cut corners. Some hotel cleaning staffs spend 20 minutes (at most) tidying up a room. Other rental companies charge less—and do a whole lot less cleaning! Not us. We will always go the extra mile. Sometimes, it takes our staff eight hours to properly clean and disinfect a 1-bedroom house and to commercially clean all towels and linens. Bottom line? We only charge for the necessary cleaning to ensure your safety and comfort. We inspect all properties within 24 hours of arrival.

Please note that while we take great care to maintain our patios and outdoor spaces for your enjoyment, the weather in Greenville can be unpredictable. During winter months, the patios and outdoor spaces may not be as well-maintained as we would like due to inclement weather such as rain, wind, and cold temperatures. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

What are StayGVL's office hours?
As a professional property management company, our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You can easily reach us by email or phone. In the case of guest emergencies, we're available to you 24/7.

What do I need to do after booking?
All guests must sign (electronically) a Vacation Rental Agreement (VRA) with our company after booking. This is an insurance and state requirement, and the VRA is a reiteration of the Terms and Conditions listed in our House Rules that you agree to when booking. We require this signed agreement whether you book directly with us or through an online travel agency like Airbnb, VRBO, etc.

As a guest, you have the flexibility of a coded smart lock to check in when it's convenient for you, anytime after check-in time. We respect your privacy; we will not come to the property during your stay unless you want us to or we must address an issue.

We booked this beautiful condo for our wedding. The rehearsal dinner was at Soby’s and the reception was at Larkin’s Sawmill so the location of the condo was perfect. Everything was great. The shower in the master though did not get as hot as the guest shower, FYI.

Perfect Stay!
An absolutely perfect location in the heart of downtown! Very clean condo!! Sound proof doors and windows. We were there during an incredibly busy weekend and never heard a thing!! Little extras like snacks were such a nice extra touch. The only issue we had was the initial check in of finding the lock box (look for "staygvl") and we didn't know how to open it. Once you enter the code on the key box, pull the front part it toward you like you're opening an oven. Our bad. GREAT PLACE and we hope to book it again soon!

something other than a hotel
We were in Greenville for a conference and decided to stay in a VRBO instead of a hotel room for a week. We saw this property and was in the perfect location of the conference and downtown nightlife. The condo was just as pictured....a great place. It was quiet and the perfect weather to sit on the balcony and have a drink after a long day. Thank you! When we are in Greenville again we will definitely look for this location again.
