Welcome to Poinsett Manor, a charming craftsman home located in the Pettigru district of the world-renowned downtown Greenville! Located just across the street from the Poinsett Club, our home is walking distance to our upscale downtown shopping and restaurants.

We are:

~just a few blocks from Cleveland Park, Falls Park, and Main Street

If you want to experience all Greenville has to offer, Poinsett Manor is the perfect spot to land!

Poinsett Manor is the crown jewel of rentals within our downtown area. Our home is a fairly new construction that was built to match the character and charm of the local surrounding homes and businesses. Located in an established, historic residential/business area, our guests will enjoy being within walking distance to our acclaimed international cuisine, upscale shopping on the Main Street, and delightful parks that draw travelers from all around the world!

Please note that our garage is an entirely separate building at the back of the home, and the studio apartment upstairs is a second rental with its own private parking.

Our home is filled with beautiful modern finishes in the bathrooms and kitchen, and no expense was spared in providing premier comfort and excellence for our guests. Notice the beautiful hardwood floors, gorgeous coffered ceiling in the living room. Our home is equipped with a Schlage smart lock, and we provide an individualized code for convenient entry for our guests. Guests may park in our garage, and proceed from the garage onto our large covered patio space to enter through the patio door. On the patio is a large outdoor sectional and coffee table to sit and enjoy our warm South Carolina evenings.
Upon entry, you will be amazed with our open living room, which includes a gas fireplace for your use. Our living room includes a large, comfortable sectional and accent chairs where you can sit and enjoy family and friends. Our large, flat screen smart tv is mounted over the fireplace, and it is equipped with Roku for guests to sign into their streaming services.
Just off the living room is the modern, updated kitchen. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all you need to cook or bake together. With ample cabinetry and a large island, there is plenty of space to prepare meals. Sit and chat while seated at one of our four island bar stools. Our pantry is extremely spacious and stocked with additional kitchen appliances for our guests. Just off the kitchen is a built-in bar area for drinks.
Proceeding to the front of the house, guests will find our stunning dining area, which includes seating for 8. Don't forget to sign our guest book, located on the custom sidebar.
Across from the dining room and tucked away from the rest of the house, guests will enjoy our large, private primary suite, which is the only bedroom on the main floor. The king-sized bed is made with premier linens for your comfort, and there is ample room to store your luggage in the impressive his and her closets. This bedroom includes a smart tv with Roku for you to enjoy a movie on your streaming services. The master bathroom is a spa experience, and includes a large, tile walk-in shower, clawfoot tub, water closet, and fluffy towels and toiletries for your use. The double vanity provides ample space to get ready for the day.
Leaving the primary suite, don't forget to take a look out the front door, which opens onto the large covered front porch, where we have 2 swings for you to sit and enjoy the charm of the Pettigru Historic District. It is truly picture-perfect.
Across the house and off the living room is a half bathroom, which includes a single vanity and toilet. Next to the half bath is our spacious laundry room, which includes a washer/dryer, detergent, dryer sheets, and an ironing board for your use. A really neat feature of this home is the custom cabinet that opens between the laundry room and the master closet for easy access to soiled clothes- no laundry basket needed!
If you head upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The full bathroom includes a double vanity, toilet, and tub/shower combination. Feel free to use our complimentary toiletries and towels!
The first bedroom as you enter the upstairs includes a queen sized bed, large closet, and dresser with a smart tv for your streaming services. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 comfortable full sized beds, a large bean bag, and spacious closet for your use! All of our bedrooms include complimentary usb chargers for your devices. The third upstairs bedroom includes a queen bed and dedicated workspace with a desk and chair. Peek in this closet for a hidden Narnia room for our younger guests, which includes a map on the wall where you can write your name on your hometown! This room is just precious.

We stayed in this house for our son’s college graduation weekend. The house was clean, spacious, had plenty of parking, and worked well for family gatherings. We would definitely stay there again.

Very nice property and great location. We went to our first hockey game and it was awesome. Easy walk to the arena from the house. House was very clean and kitchen had everything needed for a great family getaway. Would definitely recommend this property when going to Greenville.

This house was well thought out and quality built. It has all the furnishings and amenities we needed.We were two adult couples that were very comfortable and the facilities provided for all our needs for five days. This will be our go to place on any return to Greenville,SC. This city has good shopping and outstanding restaurants. The house location provides for easy walking to the go to areas. The onsite parking is also a plus.
