We had the BEST stay at this home! Everything was clean, beds were comfy and layout of the house was perfect for ten of us! Kitchen was well stocked, lots of fluffy towels, quality soaps and shampoos. Kids were excited about the s’mores kit that the hosts gifted us and the garage full of fun games. Inside the house was beautiful and well taken care of and outside was a paradise for our kids to explore the woods, creek, obstacle course, and play equipment. It was just the relaxing weekend our family needed and we hope to come back for a longer trip next time! You could easily stay here comfortably for weeks. Feels off the grid but still close to access groceries and a quick drive to get to downtown Greenville. Honestly a wonderful experience!

Everything was beyond wonderful! The entire property is large and well kept. Our sons really enjoyed the obstacle course, tree house and creek. It was so thoughtful of the owners to leave us a s’more set and firewood so we could have s’mores by the campfire- we really enjoyed that. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and blankets and a fully stocked kitchen. The instructions were all clear and easy to follow. The games and ping pong table were a big hit also. The location is awesome!! We were close to restaurants and groceries but the home feels so private. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Highly recommend. Thank you to the owners!

I can’t say enough about how much we all loved this house. It is absolutely adorable and had everything we needed. The property is beautiful and gives the feeling of being in the country while only being 5-10 minutes away from grocery stores and other essentials. Katie was a great host who was extremely accommodating and quick to respond to any communication. We will definitely be staying here again in the future and highly recommend you staying too!

This country retreat was totally remodeled, very clean, and nestled in a quiet, farm-like area. We three ladies enjoyed having coffee on the back deck, and loved watching deer and birds. The house was close to downtown Greenville, waterfalls and hiking. Our host was very attentive, and quickly responded to any questions we had. I would recommend this location to small groups and families, and would certainly rent it again if in the Greenville area.

Wow!! We did it again! This was our second summer staying at this property and won't be our last. My family and I book this property for our annual 4th of July gathering and this home provided the opportunity to make lasting memories. The kids had water balloon fights, played in the tree house, and ran their hearts out on the 5 acres of outdoor space. The young adults spent almost all of their time by the fire pit listening to music and reconnecting. Us older folks sat by the back of the house on the paved drive with a view to it all. It was a great experience and all made possible by the thoughtful layout and planning with family in mind by the host. We loved this property and believe any family group would as well.

Absolutely lovely

We were privileged to spend five days at this property while visiting family in Greenville. My wife and I have stayed at a number of VRBO rentals but have not enjoyed any more than this one. All aspects of our stay were excellent. Thank you Katie.

Wonderful Home

We so enjoyed staying at this house. Loved the peaceful property. Kids loved the play equipment outside and the ping pong table. Beds comfortable. And the house was very clean. Owner was very attentive. Enjoyed the children’s museum in Greenville and Unity park.

Serenity

This is a beautiful property with a majestic setting. Outside fields and forest surround you and the sounds of a small waterfall down the creek can be heard. We saw deer every day on the property adding to the serene peace you feel being there. The side yard has tall oak and maple trees that intertwine with a tree house, obstacle course, sings, slides, fire pit, tables with gazebo and more. The house also has many board games, lawn games and ping pong tables. The location is amazing. You feel so secluded and yet are 5-15 minutes away from everything. The house inside was beautiful and very tastefully decorated. The kids loved their stay and didn’t want to leave.

Beautiful Reprieve

This property was the perfect place. Peaceful like the creek that you could hear from the back porch. It was one of those storybook places that you really didn’t want to leave. Everything was perfect for our getaway and relax between funeral arrangements for a dear friend that had passed. The host went above and beyond in all the preparations. It the little things that matter.

Great getaway!

We loved how remote the house is, yet only about 15 minutes to plenty of food and shopping options. We mostly stayed in the house, enjoying the spacious main level and back deck (when the heat wasn’t chasing us back inside). Thank you for being responsive hosts and sharing your beautiful home!

Great property amazing host!

This property is everything you're looking for if you're looking for the best that nature can provide in the area. While the property is minutes away from i85 it feels as if you've driven miles into the country. It's very secluded and private with lots of outdoor activities and space to create your own. The owners were great before, during, and after our visit. Communication was flawless and they were more than willing to accommodate or explain anything. My family enjoyed sitting by the creek, riding our 4wheeler, sitting outside, and the kids playing on the playground/aroundn the yard. I'll definitely stay here again and would recommend this property to anyone looking for a little peace and quiet but with everything in reach. We went to a baseball game(The Greenville Drive) downtown it was literally no more than 15 minutes. There's lots of sleeping space and games onsite for all ages. Even my extended family that came to visit ask the we get the same place next year. Great property and job well done Katie and Garth.
