« I had some issues with the temperature in my room as it would not get cool despite setting it low. They were very responsive in the morning and sent someone to fix it. The value for the money was overall good. Did not use jacuzzi bath but was there for those who would want to. Decorated in theme with the location - cute gift shop. »

Nothing was really opened on the first floor no wine tasting no wine no people down there that part was the disappointing part
The room the bed was very nice. The pillow was very nice. I had a problem with their key and the gentleman came right away to help us.
And the people that clean there were very, very nice
I would try another home in that area to B&B »

« L'hÎtel est confortable, bien éclairé donc facilement repérable. Son point fort fut de nous fournir des conseils afin de trouver un restaurant dans les environs immédiats de l'hÎtel. Le restaurant Nino's constitue un excellent choix. »

« Staff tried to double charge us. Then was rude and adamant that this was their âpolicyâ. They wouldnât refund us the room. So we had to stay. But it was a fight to not get charged double. The manager finally came down and blamed it on their new system. Which ok fine, but I still wasnât paying double for a room. We will never use this hotel again. »
