4 Night Minimum Stay.

ALL EVENTS MUST RECEIVE PRIOR APPROVAL from owner INSURANCE REQUIRED. Small scale events 40 guests or under may be permitted. No outside music after 11pm. Follow Guilford county noise ordinance rules.

Parking on premises for 15-20 vehicles. Depending on size of cars/trucks.

Event fee of 500.00 for gatherings, social functions and any type of celebrations booked after May 1,2025. Event Insurance must be in place no later than 48 Hours prior to check in date.

Hot Tub Fee is 150.00 for 3 night stay. This covers the cleaning and chemicals.
