It`s an easy walk to our neighborhood`s favorite hangout, Terminal Tap, which has craft beer and wine on tap and by the bottle.

Keep it clean: Please do not eat in the bedrooms. The replacement cost of permanently stained bedding will be be charged to you after check out.

Cooking: In consideration of our next guests, we ask that you refrain from cooking food that will leave pungent odors behind.

Pets: Only dogs are allowed at the property. Dogs must be up to date on vaccines and flea medication. We have crates available to be utilized for your dog(s) when you are not at the property. Each pet must be added your reservation request when booking and a fee of $75 must be submitted with your reservation prior to booking.

Noise: We are a group friendly property, but ask that you keep noise to a reasonable volume to not disturb our neighbors.

Parking: We have a shared driveway, please make sure to only park on our side of the driveway and in the additional spots. You will receive a photo of the marked spots in your check-in instructions.
