Poor Customer Care
The property was unlisted 6 mos ago on the site. The site, not the owner contacted me or refunded my fees (paid in full, in advance 6 months prior to removal, a year prior to the stay). Upon arriving, the current resident (of leas than a week) showed up which alerted me to the issue at handâŠI was homeless. And, those en route to me would also be homeless. I was given a cap on my emergency accommodations for the weekend. There were only 2 properties in Greensboro left at a rate far above my pre-paid accommodations. I was told I was refusing the VRBO emergency housingâŠbecause it would only be for me and not the entire party. Now, I have to dance to VRBOâs tune in orfer to possibly, partially be reimbursedâalthough bone of this was my doing. Add, this was the 3rd stay Iâd had at this property in the last 4 years. Thereâs no excuse for the lack of accountability, empathy, respect for safety shown towards me.
