Your home away from home! Fully remodeled home with primary bedroom and bathroom on the main floor. Outside, play bocce ball at the bocce court, spikeball, horseshoes, or relax on the covered patio! Dine under the stars or indoors around the spacious dining table. With stylish living spaces both inside and out, this home offers the perfect blend of comfort and entertainment.
The basement apartment (Marys Gatehouse) can also be booked separately and sleeps another 4 guests.

The Home:
This newly remodeled home is two floors with 5 bedrooms, 7 beds, and 3.5 bathrooms. The main floor consists of the kitchen, dining room, private office space, living room, half bath, and primary bedroom with a King bed and attached full bath.
The remaining four bedrooms and two full bathrooms are upstairs. The bedrooms upstairs contain two King beds, one Queen bed, and the bunk room with two Twin beds and one Full bed.

ARTopia is full of beautiful artwork by a local Greensboro artist and is available for purchase and shipment.

Outside, you can enjoy the serene backyard overlooking mature trees and a quaint pond bordering the back of the property. You will also find amenities like a Bocce Ball court, horseshoes, BBQ grill, and comfortable outdoor furniture to enjoy and entertain.

Parking:
Artopia has ample parking for your group. There is a two car garage (garage door openers are available upon request), two parking spaces in front of the garage, and free parking on the street parallel to the driveway.

CAR RENTAL AVAILABLE – Enhance your stay with our 2020 Jaguar I-PACE, available as an add-on through Turo. Please contact us after booking to secure availability.

Bringing or renting an Electric Vehicle? We’ve got you covered. We have an EV charger in the garage for you to use for free to use during your stay!

Guests have access to the main floor and upstairs. The basement is separate unit available for rent separately (Mary’s Gatehouse, also can be found on Airbnb).

Two car parking is available in the driveway. Free street parking is available on Hawthorne St, parallel to the driveway.

-Quiet hours MUST be followed from 9pm-9am for respect of the neighbors.
-Gas fireplace in the main level living room is available for use. Do not use wood burning fireplace in kitchen.
-NO parties or events: will result in immediate vacating of the property.
-NO smoking inside the home: subject to extreme penalties and fines.
-MAXIMUM of 12 guests allowed overnight.
-Please pick up after your pets.
-Per Greensboro City Regulations, only 1 car per bedroom is allowed for overnight guests.
