Please note that not every bedroom has a private attached bathroom. One bathroom may require using stairs, while the game room includes an attached bathroom.

For guests seeking a unique experience, the property also offers a detached rustic outdoor shed/cabin with an additional bed.

Surrounded by mature trees and tropical vegetation, this special space provides a peaceful opportunity to feel closer to nature.

This is a separate rustic sleeping space—not a standard bedroom inside the main house. Please contact the host before booking if you would like to use it. Availability, access, comfort features, and occupancy restrictions must be confirmed in advance.

Rosolle Ranch is a large tropical property that requires regular care to keep the pool, hot tub, landscaping, trees, lawn, and outdoor amenities clean, safe, and ready for guests.

During your stay, you may occasionally see authorized:

• Pool technicians
• Landscapers or gardeners
• Pest-control professionals
• Maintenance workers
• Other necessary service providers

Workers will remain in the exterior areas and will not enter the main house without permission, except in an emergency.
TROPICAL ENVIRONMENT & MOSQUITO NOTICE

Rosolle Ranch is surrounded by beautiful tropical vegetation. Florida’s warm, subtropical climate naturally attracts mosquitoes, ants, insects, lizards, and iguanas.

We do everything reasonably possible to reduce mosquitoes and insects through regular pest-control treatments, landscaping, property maintenance, and preventative measures. However, completely eliminating mosquitoes in South Florida—especially around tropical vegetation and after rain—is not possible.
Guests should:

• Keep exterior doors and screens closed
• Use insect repellent when spending time outdoors
• Avoid leaving food or drinks uncovered
• Supervise children around wildlife and outdoor areas

Occasional mosquitoes, insects, lizards, or iguanas are a normal part of Florida’s environment and do not indicate that the property is unclean.

SAFETY & LIABILITY NOTICE — PLEASE READ

The property includes recreational and wellness amenities such as a swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, zip line, bicycles, basketball area, pool table, ping-pong table, stairs, and extensive outdoor grounds.

• There is no lifeguard on duty.
• Children and minors must be actively supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
• Guests must follow all posted instructions, restrictions, and house rules.
• Guests should inspect recreational equipment before use and immediately report any concern.
• The pool, hot tub, sauna, zip line, bicycles, and sports equipment must be used responsibly and only for their intended purposes.
• Guests with medical conditions, mobility limitations, pregnancy, heat sensitivity, or other health concerns should consult an appropriate healthcare professional before using the sauna or hot tub.
• Alcohol must not be combined with unsafe use of the pool, hot tub, sauna, bicycles, zip line, or sports equipment.
