The apartment was clean and bright as shown in the photos. Fluffy towels and nice bed linens made for an enjoyable stay. »

« Our host (Luke) was VERY responsive when we had questions prior to & during our stay. The rooms were a good size and each had their own bathroom, which was nice. The location was good for us in relation to where our daughter moved, but also to the beach, shopping, restaurants and just a short drive to St. Augustine. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. »

Perfect location if you need to be at St Vincent’s. Laundry was convenient and street parking was always available. Highly recommend! »

The only minus I could tell (because nothing's perfect) if you could invest in better matress, in both rooms, they are as hard as concrete (from the point of view of my wife). Only AC unit is in living room but even in the middle of summer the house temp was fine especially thanks to the fans in the rooms. Parking spot at residence so that a plus.
