« Perfect location to walk or bike to almost everything in the area of Old Town Fort Collins. Has everything we needed for a four night stay. We didn’t do any cooking while we were there, but even with its small size, it had all the amenities we needed. The bikes were a great perk as well. Owners were very helpful and responsive. We had no real issues while we were there and the small one we had was taken care of so quickly, it wasn’t really an issue. Would stay here again! »

« I stayed here for a week while completing a course at CSU. The property is cute, cosy, and clean. There is a nice outdoor seating area. While I didn’t have to cook meals as they were provided, you could cook basic meals (more than I expected given the size of the place). While the space was small, nothing major lacked.
