Brilliant, highly recommend.
Cannot fault this property at all. Great management and communication by both Etouri and the owner of the villa. Villa itself was spotlessly clean with everything we could have needed. Downstairs ‘granny flat’ was completely separate from upstairs main part of villa which was great for us as we were travelling with grandparents - this gave them their own space and also meant they didn’t need to climb any stairs. The villa had shutters, pool heating and air con (must haves for me as travelling with young children). There are a couple of local beaches which are ideal for young children as they are sheltered from the wind and have no waves. A car is a must for this villa as not much is within walking distance. Highly recommend this villa and I will definitely return in the future.

Great house for a family
Good house fairly close to a small beach which is very popular with locals. Pool is good size and clean. Perhaps more shade would be useful in summertime. Beach cafe with friendly staff and good, basic food. Car essential as no shops in the area.

Koselig stor hus med badebasseng og kort avstand til strand
Vi leigde dette huset siste uken i juni 2018. Vi var 8 voksne og 2 barn på 2 og 1år. Det tok ca 20 minutter å kjøre fra flyplassen ut til Loutraki. Ble møtt av eigaren og familie og fikk grei informasjon om huset og område. Vi fikk en flott uke her, huset passet oss perfekt. God standard på huset og nydelig uteområde med basseng og hage. Det var også kort og greit å gå til den koselige Loutraki stranden. Hadde vi glemt noe, var det bare å stikke opp i huset igjen. Det er også 3 restauranter på plassen. Vi kommer gjerne igjen. En aldeles nydelig og ydyllisk plass å feriere. Kort vei fra flyplassen og by tur til Chania. Kan anbefale denne plassen på det varmeste.
