« Bar staff in the Public House was »

« Great design in the lobby area and lounge, great food at the restaurant on the 4th floor, great views from the room. One thing I didn’t like is the soap bar that sticks to the soap dish and is hard to use, liquid soap is so much more convenient, the sink and the faucet weren’t really convenient in the bathroom, just a weird design, but I still enjoyed my stay. »

« No issues, but surprisingly pricey (almost $500 a night when I visited). »

« The staff was exceptionally accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable. We were within walking distance of all sorts of food options. There was also an onsite restaurant. One small negative was that Expedias site said there was free secure onsite parking, the secure parking cost $20 a night. Otherwise it was wonderful. »

« Had a nice stay. Only negative was the pool is shut down without notice online which is why we chose this location for the kids. However the staff did compensate us with free parking for the inconveniences. »

« My fee should be refunded because: 1) it is now 7:26 pm TWO DAYS after I was to check in, but I have not received the email indicating how to do so. 2) I called the phone number on the email that expedia sent, only to receive a "not in service" message. 3) I spent about two hours chasing around Tacoma that evening trying to find a Wifi connection so I could communicate; I did go by the purported location twice, rang the door bell several times, with no response. I gave up and stayed at a Motel...

« Loved it! Stayed for one night, the bed was so comfortable I could have stayed in bed all day! »

« Was a quick and simple over night trip. The property is brand new and very cute. Our room was a king suite and was set up very modern and we loved the style of it. We slept great. The only couple things I’d say is the water pressure is lacking there of and the kitchens have zero stock of anything so families that stay and need to heat up something on the stove top, you’d need to have brought your own pan and dishes but we didn’t require that. Look forward to visiting again »

« Nice and clean, comfortable beds and pillows, we were only there for one night and didn’t get the breakfast due to a surgical procedure being done, but grabbed a bagel bag on the go and had it after the procedure. Very pleasant experience and felt completely safe. Will definitely be back as we have a lot of appointments at Mary Bridge. Very convenient location. »

« L’hôtel est son petit déjeuner. Ma chambre a été laissé ouvert à deux reprises malgré que je l’ai signalé. Aucun geste commercial n’a été effectué. Aucune excuse de la part des responsables de l’accueil. Cela est inacceptable quand vous partez que vous rentrez et que vous trouvez votre chambre ouverte parce qu’ils ont oublié de la fermer correctement cela m’a vraiment déçu et ce n’est pas à une seule reprise à deux reprises. »

« I would absolutely stay again. Front desk and manager so helpful with an Expedia issue. Spacious room. Nice breakfast buffet and the gal taking care of that was so helpful and kind. Wonderful stay, wonderful staff. »

« Wonderful location. Very quiet, great view, clean and well looked-after rooms. My only complaint was that there was NO hot water (3 nights, no hot water at all. Might have been bad luck on my part). »
