A stable door from the kitchen opens onto the west-facing courtyard entrance. There is ample on-site parking and level access to the property.
French doors lead out to a fully enclosed garden with outdoor table and chairs, enjoying views across surrounding fields. A bridle path runs beside the property and can be reached via a winding path through the trees, offering a safe and scenic walk into Winterton.
Two dogs stay free of charge at Martin's Nest and are welcome throughout the property. They're welcome on the sofa too, provided you bring your own throws.
