« The suite i was in the ac/heater unit in the bedroom didn't work and the breakfast area (mainly drink area) was disgusting. Also told saturday morning by a staff member the water park was closed down all day. when i went to the front desk they hadnt heard anything. Thankfully it wasn't shut down but maybe next time not going around to all the parents and telling them when you don't have the truth or full story. »

« Was not too happy with the service after the concert Friday night. We were the first two people in there for about half an hour. ordered a pizza right away as we know it gets busy after a concert. 45 mins went by and we had to ask for our pizza our waitress said they had others made but not ours...we were first to order.
