« This ws a one night stay for business. The property is undergoing renovation currently (sept 25), but my bedroom was extremely lovely. Very spacious, immaculate bathroom - I felt like I was the first person to stay on the room since it has been renovated!Very reasonable, comfortable, lovely bed. In such a great area too, lots of cute cafes, independent restaurants. Tring is so lovely too. I would definitely stay here again. »

« Received very clear and detailed instructions for checking in, this made it very easy. The location is great, busstop just outside and enough ubers available to bring you to HP Studio Tour or the train station. The accomodation has basic furniture that is acceptable for 1 or 2 nights. The decorations inside the accomodation were really nice. Great place to stay of you want to visit the HP studio tour. »

"The proximity of the hotel to Terminal 4 and the reasonable price is the main reasons we chose the Premier Inn, the staff were very helpful checking us in as we had problems connecting to the local network and we were really impressed with the full breakfast option. I highly recommend if you are in transit at Heathrow Terminal 4."

"The location of this hotel is very convenient if you need a room near LHR Airport; it is just one metro stop from Terminal 3 to Hatton Cross station— simply cross the road, and you are there. Despite the fact that this hotel is so close to the airport and you can see the planes flying overhead, our room was very quiet and we didn't hear any noise. The room was pleasant, and the bed had a very good mattress and pillows, we felt comfortable. A small fridge is provided, as well as a water kettle to make coffee and tea— something we really appreciated. The breakfast was good, with a wide international selection. The lady at the reception was very friendly, and it was also great that we could keep the room until noon on the day of departure and leave our luggage at the hotel until we headed to the airport in the evening. As an improvement for this hotel, it would be nice to have complimentary bottles of water or a carafe of drinkingwater in the room. When the room was cleaned, our bed was made, but the bathroom wasn't done. At check-in, the computer system turned out to be down, and we had to wait a long time before we could get a room, this can happen, however be offered a glass of water in this situation would have been appreciated."

The crib was delivered promptly and we all had a comfortable sleep. They stored our luggage for the day after we checked out which was very convenient. Recommend this hotel without hesitation."
