Very spacious, our family was able to stay all in one place. Great amenities, like outdoor grill, gathering area, and a catch and release pond. Will definitely stay here again.

Alonzo is a great host. The property is amazing and accommodating for larger groups. There are games to play, a pond for fishing with poles, large area for trucks and trailers to park and turn around. Its a beautiful relaxing property. The hot water heater stopped working but Alonzo had it repaired in no time at all! Thank you Alonzo, for a our trip great with amazing accommodations. Five Star for sure!

House and the property were beautiful. We enjoyed ourselves immensely. It was a great place for family to hang out and get to enjoy one another’s company. I would definitely recommend this place.

Spacious and clean!

Beautiful property with well appointed home. My family was comfortable and there was plenty of space to hang out or to have some quiet time. The kitchen and bathrooms have everything you need and the location is 8 minutes from a Starbucks =)

Wonderful space for family gatherings

What a comfortable & spacious facility! Some of our favorite times were having fabulous family conversations in the large entertaining area (with super-functional kitchen & bar, banquet table & comfy couches) ... AND relaxing on the lovely covered patio. BTW, the host is absolutely terrific!

Pheasant hunting for the kids

Great set up for a pheasant hunt. Easy access and Alonzo was great with communication. Would definitely recommend to all hunters. We will be back!

Baseball State Stay

The lodge was very nice. The owner that lives next door was extremely helpful and friendly. If we needed anything he was there to take care of it. The property was very well kept inside and out. The landscaping outside was very nice and we enjoyed visiting around the firepit. The kids [and adults] enjoyed the big game room. We highly recommend this property!

Relaxing lodge in south central Kansas

Cabin feel without having to go without: the location is close enough to get your groceries and not have to over/under stock. Plenty of table space and two great rooms for lots of conversation. Lots of sleeping options for larger groups. The newer owner is friendly and is planning some updates (not required yet but welcomed). I’ll likely book again for another trip.

Christmas Family weekend

This property was the right size for our family. Large room in back where kids could get away n play without adults hearing them very much. They took it over and loved it! He had just finished a front porch n fire pit area that was nice, although it was pretty chilly out so we didn’t get to enjoy it much. Kitchen table was perfect for our family meals and living room was comfy with all the pillows and blankets you’d need to watch a good movie. We had a few problems and they were addressed. Alonzo is a delight to communicate with and goes out of his way to make things right. We would recommend this property to anyone without hesitation! We will be back!!

Hunting trip

This property was a perfect stay for our group that was hunting public land in the area. We have rented this property now multiple times and it always meets or exceeds expectations. Communication with the host was great start to finish and if ever needed during the stay. I will be renting again and would suggest it to others looking to stay in the area.

Great location for an event I was participating in at SCRA drag strip. Very easy check in and plenty of room. Very clean and secure.

Great Place to stay

Perfect for us to relax and cool off from the softball tournament. Clean, plenty of room, close to town. Will definitely stay try to again if we are in town.

Great Stay

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and it keeps getting better. Clean, well thought out and it has everything you need, just a few minutes outside of town. Definitely will stay again the next time we go back to visit family.
