Nice hotel with great services

We came to the Grayling area for cross country skiing and snowshoeing. The Ramada is clean, in a good location and has excellent services including a hearty breakfast, pool and hot tub, laundry facilities and exercise room. It was perfect for us.

Issues

Publié le 28 nov. 2015 sur Hotels
I requested first floor close to entrance for customer with limited walking capabilities (me). They gave us rooms on the second floor at the farthest end of the building. Clerk told me that's because the rooms on first floor are more expensive. Why wasn't I told this before hand? Entrance door was locked and card wouldn't work. Had to walk alllll the way back up to the front of the building to get the clerk to open it for us (she said the lights had gone out and something wasn't re-set.) Also was told that I may not get my rewards points because I made reservations via hotels.com. Why wasn't I made aware of this before hand?
