« Room was beautiful, i was in a room with a loft, I was a little disappointed that there was not a bathroom up stairs so you had to walk down stairs to use the restroom and the stairs spiraled so if you drank alcohol is made it difficult to walk down safely »

« The staff are very nice and helpful, genuinely the nicest experience of this establishment was the lovely and accommodating staff. However. This is the nastiest hotel ive ever stayed in. The hairdryer didn't even work. Don't trust the pictures because its worse in person. I can't believe theyre charging so much for whats essentially a motel 6. Room smelled like feet and the bed was hard. The AC had mold. Filthy bathtub. Not a fan of the full wall murals, theyre tacky and not very comforting to...

« Very convenient location in Belmont neighborhood and short walk/drive to Hawthorne neighborhood. Easy access to coffee shops, restaurants and bars. Quiet building with hardwood floors and character with built-ins. Easy to find free on-street parking. Would stay here again. Only issue was staff didn't respond to request fir extra towels. »

« Arrived late, no one at front desk had to knock on door, lady sent her husband out he asked why I was there I obviously told him I had a reservation, after lady spoke to manager on the phone, he then walked me to my room which was hostel style and how disgusting that room was, cigarettes and tobacco littered the table, very trashy room, horrid smell. As it was 1:30am I had no choice but to stay. Soon as I woke up at 7am I left the property. I’m a solo traveler so I had the flexibility I guess...
