« The condo was spacious & clean. Loved the balcony with mountain views & fireplace. »

« Très beau condo. Tranquille et près de tout. La douche avait un débit faible et le bain ne drainait pas très bien l’eau. Dans la cuisine, toute la vaisselle utile est là mais il n’y a rien à part sel et poivre. N’oubliez pas de tout apporter pour la cuisson. Sinon, notre séjour a été très agréable et le personnel est vraiment accommodant »

« We loved our stay, it was a little confusing at first to get the keys but we got it. Lovely views! Nice and clean. 2 window cranks were broken and it would have been nice to open them because the weather was gorgeous! Other than that small detail, we had a great stay. »

« Very close to the slopes! »

« A little older than other buildings in the area, but it was very clean and convenient to everything in the River Run community. The ad says it sleeps 4, so just be aware that means 2 in the double bed and 2 on the couch. There's no AC, but that seems normal for the area. Just be aware on those hot summer days. It's not really a place you want to hang out in the room anyway. »

« Warm and cozy. »

« I can’t say I blame the owners of the condo for these comments but I do need to address them. I stayed at River Run for 4 days in those 4 days the fire alarm went off multiple times on the first two days due to malfunctioning equipment. The elevator was broken the hot tub did not work and we had no hot water for a day. It was also very hot and the condo had no AC. »

« Felt at home. Will be back. Close to everything in Breckinridge. Unit was perfect! »

« Great place! Had everything we needed! »

« Wish we had stayed longer than one night. Great location, clean property, and great amenities. »

« This was perfect for our quick stay to see a show at Dillon Amphitheater. It was very clean, comfortable, and next to the rec trail to the venue. The host was communicative and available. We would stay here again! »

« Great stay »

« While the property managers were excellent our stay wasn’t. On more than 4 occasions we had marijuana smoke or cigarette smoke coming into our condo in the early morning and late afternoon. Also our toilet broke and we had to use one in another condo down the hall. Again our property managers were great and these things weren’t their fault but the smoke was especially gross. »

« This is a great place for the solo traveler or for a couple. It has everything you need and very walkable. »

« Clean and comfortable for my son and I. So convenient to Peru Express - just steps away! »

« Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for the week and loved the location! We are fans of being close to Main Street and walking around town, so this location was perfect. The place is good for 2-3 people, we don’t see how 6 could stay comfortably. »
