Chalets à Grandview Plaza

« Odeurs, tapis sale, pas de petit déjeuner, porte de la chambre laisse pénétrer l'air à l'intérieur de la chambre. »

« I had to book the fairly quickly for a funeral and didn’t pay much attention to the room on line, so imagine my delight when I realized it had a full size fridge, stovetop and cooking utensils. Although I did not use much of those amenities, I would have had I realized it had it. The staff was so friendly and helpful! I would book there again. »

« I’ve stayed in three different Holiday Inns this year and by far this was the worst. The first room I looked at had hair in the bed and I had fix the chain on the commode. The second room they gave my side of the bed felt like I was sleeping on the floor. Would not recommend this Holiday Inn!! »

I’ll be attaching a photo of the toilet issue. I mentioned these concerns to the owner when I checked out after he asked whether I had experienced any problems. I went through the issues with...
