We fished from the dock (caught one small bass), played pool, which we especially enjoyed and relaxed with a game of cards, a book or a movie. « Cozy Cottage truly lives up to it's name. Located on a peaceful 28 acre lake with a private backyard and covered dock. « My family and I (5) stayed here comfortably. It was like home away from home. Spacious, open, clean and comfortable. The view of the water was beautiful from sunrise to sunset. The owner was incredible. The neighborhood was nice, and the neighbors were so sweet. Everything you need is there. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. The 3 bathrooms were very convenient. I just cant say enough. My niece (15) caught several catfish and we saw a few turtles .🐢 . We would highly recommend this...

« Had an amazing stay and it couldn’t be a more beautiful home. Bunnies, hawks, owls, squirrels, turtles, and fish everywhere. The beautiful Cypress and lapping waves of Lake Sante Fe, I felt like Marjorie Kinan Rawlings watching a deer and dreaming of being on the water as I rocked on the swinging bed on the most beautiful porch watching candy colored sunsets or even enjoying a run in the rain, washed anew in fresh dreams enjoying the area. « The property was beautiful, better than the pictures. The home was nice,comfortable, and larger than we thought. The kitchen and outdoor spaces were very well appointed. My wife, my dog and I all loved our stay the lake and the surrounds were beautiful, The boat was nice and spacious and started right up. We caught bass everytime out. We enjoyed how quiet it was but for the sounds of nature. I expected mosquitos but there weren't any which was awesome. We would defintely go again »

« We stayed here for 6 days and absolutely loved it. We hit a deer right after we left home and our trip was delayed. The owner and housekeeper were very accommodating with our late arrival and worked with us. The housekeeper was very nice. The home is beautiful and very clean. The neighborhood is quiet. We was only an hour away from st. Augustine. We loved being close enough to drive an hour to the ocean With out staying in a big city. We will definitely stay here again. »
