Kelly hung up on us on the phone and was angry because they weren't able to join us before our arrival. We did the reservation.We came at 2PM the day of our reservation. « The room was clean and had a nice view of the city plus a balcony area. We took our cat on this trip and in the room there was a little bed for the cat and bowls for water and food. So thoughtful and accommodating. It was easy to explore Santiago because everything was nearby from the hotel location - and McDonalds was across the street. Convenient! »
