« It’s not what we expected, the receptionists very despondent, they didn’t give any information or a little tour to know where things were, the room smelled horrible, the water from the children’s pool was freezing, we never knew where the jacuzzi was, the only good thing about this place is the location, really not recommend it. We are very disappointed to come from our country for this terrible truth. »
