The hotel staff first tells you they don't find your reservation, then finds it when you provide the number, only to tell you that Expedia cancelled it. « Wonderful room and property location. My issue is with check in. After you check in, provide your card/id, they redirect you to the "concierge desk" to get your key, forcing you to be pitched on time share deals. The young man started by asking me if I had a husband!!! All I wanted was to get my key. He went on to be combative, implying I overpaid for the current trip I was on, and made it clear this was how he made his money.
