« How would you rate an hotel that cancels your reservation behind your back and blames Expedia for it? We booked the Seawatch and paid in full on July 24. Imagine this... You just drove 1000 miles to get to the Wyndham Seawatch Resort and it is 9pm. Hurricane Ian just struck. The hotel staff first tells you they don't find your reservation, then finds it when you provide the number, only to tell you that Expedia cancelled it. They are unable to provide a proof that Expedia did cancel. Then...

« The room was spotless and well appointed. We were there recently (Feb)) so temps were cold but our view was great and we found things to do. Friends were also on this trip so we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The staff was welcoming from check in to check out. »
