« This condo was beautifully furnished with high-quality furniture. The patio was very comfortable. I love that the host had beach chairs and an umbrella for guests to use down at the beach. The king size bed was very comfortable, and the linens were very clean and well maintained all in all great visit! »

« The property was just as advertised and we enjoyed it very much. I would definitely book again. Location was great and we were able to walk to multiple restaurants. Traffic is a little lighter on this end so that was nice as well. We needed extra blankets and the host responded immediately and had them dropped off urgently. The only thing I would say could be improved is the linens. There is the pull out sofa bed and two fold out twin mattresses but there is not enough linens for those if you...

« Beautiful and spacious balcony »

« Particles from the ceiling was flaking off in the floor. Roaches in the bathroom and kitchen small ones. Tub was clogged and it was a disgusting mess when you showered. Very hard to open the sliding door. You have to turn the ac off in the bedroom because it blows directly on the bed. There was a huge piece of the front door jam with part of a lock on it laying on the floor and my mother tripped over it soon as she walked in. So her entire trip was ruined because she hurt her knee. Very...

« Property was lovely. Room was »

« The condo was as described and very nice. The view of the beach from the balcony was great and the building’s proximity to the 2nd Ave pier allowed us to enjoy the Wednesday night fireworks from what felt like a front row seat. Had a few minor issues (one of the TVs, tub jets, and ice maker weren’t working) but communication was good and work arounds were available. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again. »

« The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Great parking spots and we had access to amenities at Litchfield by the Sea resort. The beach was a short walk or golf cart shuttle ride away. Although we do not have kids the pool area was amazing. »

« Very nicely decorated and clean. Had everything we needed. Great rates too! »

« I need for you to STOP Looking right now for a place to stay in Myrtle Beach. I don’t care if you any to be in the South or North end of the beach. Sarah’s condo is worth the short drive to SMB. This was our second time at this condo and between the renovations, the absolutely gorgeous ocean view and Sarah’s attention to detail ensuring an enjoyable stay, not much else to ask for on vacation. This is the first place that I have actually wanted to come back to yearly! That balcony ocean view...

« The Resort is Amazing!! Our room was clean, the AC was Super cold, Everything was there, that we needed. The view was Amazing!! My husband and I really enjoyed our stay!! »
