Perfect space for our adult sibling reunion (with spouses!). Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and we especially loved the lovely kitchen and large dining and living room areas where could all gather. Very clear instructions for check in-out and staying in the house. Great location for taking walks to Blandford Nature Center. Tons of parking. Some of our guests found the beds firm for their liking, but others of us found them ok. The powder room is quite small for larger adults and the bathrooms/showers a little dated than what you can see in the pics. However water pressure and temperature were excellent, and every room super clean. The hosts thought of everything from plush towels and pillows, to fans in the rooms, to extra blankets in the living room, to providing kitchen supplies. Amazing amenities like multiple TVs, game rooms, laundry, dishwasher. Hosts so easy to communicate with and also went above and beyond for our specific request to have DVD player for us to play our family videos to reminisce, which we so appreciated!

This was a great location for a large group for a weekend trip to Grand Rapids. We really enjoyed staying here and it allowed us a great home base for our trip! Was a clean property, very accessible, and the host provided very clear check in and check out instructions

We stayed at this home with my many brothers and sisters who live in different parts of the country. We were coming in for my niece's graduation. This home was wonderful. It was extremely comfortable and well designed for such a large family. The dining room was so spacious that we could all eat together. We also really enjoyed the living room where we could watch movies and sporting events all together. The extra sun room on the first floor and the large game room in the basement were great too. Also, it was incredibly clean. I highly recommend it!!!!!

Great for a group

The house does not look big, but it comfortably holds many many people. Everything about it was enjoyable. It is on a fairly busy street, but that was never an issue. Once you get inside, it's very open and spread out. It is geared for groups to get together and relax

We had a very enjoyable stay! Had plenty of space for the 12 of us. We had one issue but Wendy walked me through how to resolve it. Very friendly and helpful! Definitely would stay again! The fully stocked kitchen was great and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable Ave the pillows were amazing.

Decent trip

Overall the stay was good. The house had plenty of beds and a large kitchen/dining room. We did have issues with the air conditioning not working while we were at the house, but luckily there were fans in every room for us to deal with the problem.

Great house and location

Very accommodating for a girls bowling weekend away, getting caught up with longtime friends we only see once a year. Everyone loved the spaces, especially the games in the basement. Water pressure in the basement shower was a llittle low but managable. Wendy and Matt are great hosts. When in the area in the future, we would def book again. Thank you so much for allowing our group to stay at your home.

Deceptively large, would recommend!

What a great listing! I’m a local and rented this place for a big group of relatives to stay who were coming from out-of-town. It was the perfect accommodation in a nice neighborhood. The place is deceptively large with good common areas for gathering as well as private places for those who wanted to retreat. The communication was also prompt and informative from. Would highly recommend to future renters.

Great group spot. Excellent set-up for fun times with friends & close to downtown if it's rainy

Property was very clean and the hosts were very responsive to answering questions ahead of time so we knew what the setup was for everything ahead of time.
