House Details:
Bylevel house is total of 2100sqft with 4 bedroom, 2 full bathroom, 2 living rooms.

Main Level has 2 bedrooms, 1 Living room, kitchen and Handicap enabled full bathroom.
Lower level has 2 bedrooms, 1 large game room, 1 full bathroom

Room Allocation:

For 9 Guests the house is comfortable.

9 - 16 guests need to use 1 twin bed and Air Matress

Sleep setting for 1 to 9 people.

For 1 to 6 Guests I have allocated 3 Queen beds
(Location: 2 Queen beds upstairs and 1 Queen bed down stairs)

For 7 to 9 Guests I have allocated 3 Twin beds are allocated for 7 to 9 people.
(Location: All 3 twin beds are in one bedroom and is in lower level)

Sleep setting for 10 to 16 people. Please refer pictures in listing.

For Guests 10 and 11, I have allocated Couch to Queen Matress bed
(Location: This is located in Master bedroom with walkin closet)
Note: Please consider this bed as last preference.

For Guests 12 to 16, I have allocated Couch to King Matress bed for 12 to 16
(All located in basement large area note this not a closed place)
Note: This bedding is only 16inches above ground. I took this inspiration when I traveled to Japan

Important Note: We give bedroom access depending on guests. So, please register all guests. Example: if you are partying of 4 guests you we will give access to 2 queen bedrooms. If you need separate beds you will have to use sofa bed, airbed or couch beds. We do this because to reduce cleaning effort and each bedsheets cleaning takes 1 hour 30minutes a minimum and cleaning person charges extra.

Restrictions:
Accommodation will be canceled immediately if neighbors are disturbed.
No partying.
No smoking of any kind inside house.
Smoking is permitted outside of house but littering not allowed around property premises.
No loud sounds after 10PM city rule.
Maximum 4 cars allowed.
Trailers need to be hooked to the vehicles
