This stunning retreat offers two bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and sleeping space for up to six guests, all wrapped in comfort, charm, and the beauty of Colorado’s high country.

Step inside through the walk-out basement level, where you’ll find a cozy entertainment room featuring a bumper pool table and TV, ideal for game nights and movie marathons. This space transforms into a private studio with a queen Murphy bed and its own full bathroom, offering additional flexibility and privacy for your group.

Upstairs, the heart of the home invites you in with a full kitchen and open living area that’s perfect for gathering. Warm up by the gas fireplace or head outside to the balcony and take in the breathtaking views of Grand Lake, Mount Baldy and surrounding mountains.

Down the hall, you’ll find a full bathroom and a serene queen bedroom for a restful night’s sleep.

The luxurious primary suite is your personal haven, featuring a king bed, TV, and private ensuite bathroom. Wake up to beautiful views of the lake and surrounding peaks right from your window.

The second-story balcony features comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, and beautiful views overlooking the lake and surrounding mountains. The lower lakeside patio offers a dining table where you can enjoy meals, sunsets, and peaceful moments by the water. A shallow private beach area provides convenient access to the sparkling shores of Grand Lake, while kayaks are available for guest use with a signed waiver.

-Important Home Information-

• This home comfortably sleeps up to six guests.
• This home shares a breezeway entrance with the owner’s home, but the guest accommodations and outdoor areas are entirely private.
• Winter driving conditions can occur anytime from October 1 through June 1.
• This home does not have air conditioning, which is common for homes in our high-alpine area.
• Trash: To support wildlife safety and comply with town trash ordinances, all guest trash must be brought to the bear-proof Grand Mountain Rentals dumpster behind our office. Please plan for this disposal requirement during your stay. Thank you for helping protect our mountain community.

-Winter Arrival-

Please be prepared before beginning your drive to the mountains. Four-wheel-drive vehicles are highly recommended. Although the main roads are typically well-plowed, many residential areas require traveling over steep hills and dirt roads that may not be maintained as frequently. Chain laws for non-commercial vehicles can be put into effect at any time. We do not recommend driving Berthoud Pass in a front-wheel-drive vehicle unless you are comfortable installing chains yourself.

-Property Policies-

• The minimum age requirement to rent this home is 26.
• This home is not pet-friendly. No exceptions will be made, and private messages requesting exceptions will be declined.
• Smoking is not permitted.
• Parties, events, and weddings are not permitted.
• 4WD or AWD and/or snow tires are required during the winter months.
