This 3BR mountain retreat is just a 10-minute walk to the Lakefront Park, Town Square, and local eateries. Complete with a covered patio, alfresco dining, and fire pit, your cozy home has a pristine interior with a fireplace and open floor plan. Sleeps 7.

The space

Complete with outdoor living and an open floor plan, this 3BR/2BA home offers a cozy oasis for your alpine getaway. Relax by the wood-burning stove or the outdoor fire pit. Make use of the grill and dine alfresco on the covered patio.

This rental offers superb walkability to shops, eateries, parks, and Grand Lake.

LIVING AREA

Enjoy the warm ambience of the wood-burning stove and watch a movie on the Roku TV in the living area.

KITCHEN & DINING

A full suite of stainless steel appliances and granite countertops sparkle in the immaculate kitchen.

When meals are ready, the table seats six.

The primary bedroom is fitted with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Perfect getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at Renstrom Retreat. This was our first trip with our infant daughter and the space could not have been more clean, comfortable, and well equipped. We were so close to town which made for a quick and enjoyable walk to Grand Ave with our little one. Shandel was also great with communication leading up to our stay. We would absolutely love to come back.

Fabulous Location

Perfect comfortable house, in a charming, walkable town with great restaurants and convenient stores. We loved being only 1 mile to the entrance of the Rocky Mountain national Park to snowshoe all the trails. We loved being very convenient to the Grand Lake cross country ski center and driving distance to two other cross country ski locations. It was an amazing location! We plan to return.

Great House in Grand Lake

Two couples (sisters and husbands) stayed here for three nights. Pet friendly was nice, as one couple had a dog. The house was exactly as listed. We especially enjoyed the fire pit - we used it all three nights! Kitchen was reasonably stocked. Plenty of comfy seats in living room (different furniture than listing photos, but still comfy and plenty of seats). Close to downtown Grand Lake (about a five minute walk). Grand Lake is a fun town to visit, lots of interesting stores and restaturants. WIll definitely stay here again if we come back to Grand Lake.

Great Location and Comfortable

We absolutely loved this house. It had plenty of seating for watching TV and dining inside. We also ate outside at the outdoor table and built a fire in the fire pit. Three deer came to visit us almost every morning and one morning a moose. It was easy to walk into town taking the road, turning to the right and onto Vine street into town. Easily walk to the market. There’s a park nearby. Every bedroom has its own thermostat. The beds were super comfortable. My only suggestion is that the knives need to be sharpened. But everyday someone in the family commented “what a great house”!

This unit was everything that was listed and more. Very comfortable, very clean and place to rest after a long day in Rocky Mountain National Park. Would recommend and we would stay here again if ever in the area.

Blissfully Quiet

This wonderful property is on the northwest edge of Grand Lake - a short 3-minute drive to town, or a 10-minute walk. New construction with great attention to detail, this unit comfortably sleeps a family of six. It’s pet-friendly, and sheltered from the bustle of Grand Avenue. Only two miles drive to the west entry of Rocky Mountain National Park, and just 3/4 mile to the Grand Lake Marina & Lake Front Park. Highly recommended!

Awesome Pet Friendly place

We spent three nights here to get out of Denver and do some snowmobiling and ice fishing. The accommodations were great for us and our dogs. There is a nice park just a few minute walk away to let the dogs run. The heated floors were a nice for walking around the house. The garage is plenty big enough to park a small car or keep all the extra toys.

Perfect Location to enjoy Grand Lake

We had to run up to Grand Lake from Evergreen for business on a Friday. We loved everything about the place and it’s location. Easy stroll into town and amazing views of the fall colors from the porch. So nicely decorated and a great use of space for comfort and entertaining if you had a larger group. We will definitely book again if we are in the area!

Mountain Getaway

Everything was as expected in terms of the nice area and proximity to the main road. The property allowed pets, so this is convenient. The price was competitive for the area. I picked up and disposed of my pet waste, but upon arrival, I noticed that there was a lot on the property. There were no extra paper towels, napkins or garbage bags and the showers were not thoroughly cleaned. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

The house was very clean and well equipped. Very comfortable and close to grocery. Only issue we had was the tv was very confusing for us as we are all in our 70s. Communication with property manager was only by email so it was not very punctual. Great stay though

Lovely Weekend

My family had the opportunity to visit for a long weekend. Great location! We walked and biked into town all weekend long. You just cut over the back hill and it lands you right on Main Street. The house was perfect for a family a four. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything and more we could think of for cooking meals. We ran into a small challenge with the linens that the owner rectified immediately. Super quick to respond and very helpful. My only critique is that the bedroom carpets could use a quick cleaning. Being pet friendly (thank you!) they had some stains. Overall, great trip. We would return based on location alone. Thank you!
