The spacious primary suite features a king bed, private ensuite bathroom, and cozy reading nook. On the main level, you'll find a queen bedroom and a bunk room with four twin beds.

The dramatic great room features soaring ceilings and expansive accordion doors that open to the outdoors. Gather around the dining table, enjoy your morning coffee at the dedicated coffee and beverage bar, or relax after a day exploring the mountains.

Outside, soak in the private built-in hot tub, grill dinner, or enjoy the oversized deck surrounded by aspens and fresh mountain air.

Additional amenities include a dedicated laundry room and a cozy dog bed for your four-legged family member.

Just 8 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park’s Grand Lake Entrance, Lakeview A-Frame is an ideal base for exploring the park’s west side, Grand Lake, nearby hiking trails, lakes, and year-round mountain activities.

Other Things to Note:
Wildlife is abundant in the area, including moose, bears, elk, mountain lions, deer, and coyotes. Please never approach or feed wildlife, and do not leave children or pets unattended outside.

Security Cameras & Noise Monitoring
For property security, Lakeview A-Frame has two exterior Ring security cameras: one on the front deck and one on the back deck. Neither camera records audio.

The property also has a separate noise-level monitor that measures sound levels without recording audio or conversations
