The open floor plan showcases hardwood flooring throughout, with the living room adjacent to the dining area that seats up to six, along with additional seating at the breakfast bar. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with modern stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and is fully stocked with everything necessary for preparing delightful meals during your stay.
A complete primary bedroom suite features a king-sized bed, lake views from the large windows, a ceiling fan, a spacious walk-in closet, a flat screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower enclosure, along with the added benefit of access to the main private balcony.
The second bedroom on this level includes a king-sized bed and a flat screen television. The second full bathroom is conveniently located in the main hallway for all guests to access.
The lower level of the home boasts a generous second living room area furnished with a comfortable sectional sofa surrounding a flat screen TV, providing a quieter retreat from the main level of the home. This living space also features a large wet bar area for easy access to beverages and snacks while enjoying your favorite shows, as well as access to the private patio with a small seating area and a private outdoor hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of outdoor adventures in the area.

Fully equipped kitchen includes all pots, pans, dishes and utensils. All linens, towels, paper products and toiletries are provided.
Parking: There is a 2 car garage and 2 additional spots in the driveway. Please no parking on the residential streets.
House Rules: Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited according to homeowner rule. Guests will face a fine of $500 per day if found smoking or bringing a pet onto the property. Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age.
Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM.
