Nestled among the towering pines of the exclusive Lemmon Lodge community, this beautifully appointed lakeside retreat offers the perfect blend of mountain charm, modern comfort, and easy access to Grand Lake. Just steps from community lake access, guests can enjoy boating, fishing, paddleboarding, swimming, or simply taking in the stunning mountain scenery.

**Main Level**
The main floor is thoughtfully designed for gathering and relaxation. The inviting living room provides a warm and comfortable space to unwind after a day on the lake or trails. A dedicated workspace with a desk makes it easy to stay connected if work calls during your stay. The adjacent dining area offers ample seating for shared meals, while the fully stocked kitchen features everything needed to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a family dinner.

**Second Level**
Upstairs, you`ll find three comfortable bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-sized bed and designed to provide a peaceful night`s sleep after a day of adventure.

The spacious primary suite includes its own private ensuite bathroom, creating a relaxing retreat for guests seeking additional privacy. The two additional guest bedrooms share a full bathroom conveniently located in the hallway.

**Third Level (Coming Soon)**
A lofted sleeping space on the third floor is currently being completed and is expected to be available by mid-to-late July. Once finished, this additional space will feature two twin beds, providing extra accommodations for larger groups. Until completion, the third-floor loft will not be accessible to guests.

Guests` have full access to the cabin and the Lemmon Lodge community amenities.
