« This was perfect for our family. It was clean, location was great, and very accommodating. The beds were our only complaint; a pillow top cover on the king bed would be a nice inexpensive upgrade. If they did that I would definitely rent this again. »

« The only 2 things I wished it had was a mini fridge and microwave. With no food options convenient near by, we had leftovers and couldn't heat them up after hours. Or anywhere to store cold drinks and food. Other then that love the Zurmatt »

« We were in town for a wedding. The property fit our needs. We were not there much. The only real complaint is the tenant that lives on the main floor cooks really strong, smelly food which permeates the entire townhome. I had to buy a candle to minimize the food odor. Our wedding clothes smelled of the food. »

« Unfortunately we could not get any communication back from the property managers. When we arrived the amenity keys didnt work along with the fireplace in the room. The room itself had a terrible urine type smell we couldnt get rid of even with doors open to air out the room. There was also not enough bedding for the pullout sofa. Hotel itself was great- room not so much. »

« place was ok, little lack of cleaning. Kitchen utensils were not in very good usable conditions. No tissues in the place. Keys for pool/gym didn't work, although seems that this may be something that owner knew beforehand bc in check in instructions mentioned if they didn't work go to the front desk, which is something not easy to do at Zermatt. »

« We had a wonderful visit to SLC. Our stay was comfortable and relaxing in this roomy, clean and modern home. Everything was as expected. The host was friendly and responsive and the location was convenient for our agenda. It is about a 15-20 min walk to Fairmont Park (has a dog park) and another 5-10 min walk to the main part of Sugar House. Highly recommend an early walk to and around Sugar House Park in the warm months. It is a quick drive from the house to downtown SLC and easy access to...
