« Upon our arrival, we were greeted right away by Scott, who graciously showed us to our room. We have stayed at the inn before and love the beautiful rooms. Everything is immaculately clean and the bed was so comfortable. We have only the highest praise for the Big Yellow Inn! »

« Overall, a nice stay. Whole space was very clean and well organized. Owner/operators are kind and are around but not nosy. Room is roomy, has a nice closet, smart TV, plenty of space to put stuff, pretty basic, bed was nothing special. Shower in shared bathroom was very nice! Quite a bit of road noise (or maybe construction?) at night AND the walls are thin - obviously nothing that can be done about this but if you are a light sleeper, maybe bring some ear plugs. « My husband and I came to stay at this place as an overnight stop on a long road trip to California. We planned on just sleeping and showering there, but I do kind of wish we'd had a little more time to stay and explore - the property is really cute and homey, and I love all the little touches that add both fun and coziness. « We were visiting the area for a college football game and enjoyed our stay at the Homestead. We had a little difficulty checking in, but it seems to be a VRBO issue of not sending the proper guide on the day of check-in. Contacted the homeowner who was super helpful and sent us the guide to help us get in.
