Pictures online do not match quality and cleanliness of propertyIt's in a cove and advertised empty boat slip but it wasn't therefore we weren't able to use it as planned.Game room sofas and cleaning in that area are tired and need to be updated for the price that we paid for this house. Refillable soap dispensers dirty, and appeared to have mold or something in it so we did not use. Coffeemaker only made a half a pot. Lacks attention to detail. Decks need to be cleaned as well as furniture outside.Air conditioning in bunk room limited so hot.The bunk room beds were not very comfortable, but the rest of the beds were good.

Great place for big family

We loved our stay! The deck was a great place for my family to gather. Beds were comfy, host was quick to respond and very helpful. We will be back!

Beautiful getaway stay

We did a multi-family stay here for Thanksgiving and we absolutely loved the house. Everything was as advertised and the management was prompt and proactive. Everything was user-friendly, clean, and we loved the Christmas decor too! I highly recommend this place if you plan to be in the area.

Relaxing Get-Away

The trees surrounding the property were beautiful. The dock made for a pretty lake view, and we so enjoyed ping pong, foosball, and the backporch and breezeway for fun family time.

Outstanding and beautiful!

We had an amazing time at the property. Between the large open family room to the beautiful trees to the privacy to the lake access to the game room and the awesome bedrooms, we had an amazing stay. Beautiful lakehouse and great location

The house was comfortable, well stocked and the owners were easy to communicate with. The kids loved the bunk room and games and appreciated the extra refrigerator and freezer in that room. The location is great, close to the sandy beach and downtown Grandbury. Definitely one we would book again!

Relax

It was a great place to get away and relax. We reunited with some old friends. The house was very clean and we enjoyed the game room and sitting on the deck. Very quiet and set back by its self in the trees.

Great house

This house was just as described and looked just like the photos. It was very comfortable and the owners even had Christmas decorations up. The kitchen had everything we could ever need. We hope to come back someday.
