Apartment was dirty, really dusty, and I spoke to their team to get it cleaned. They promised 10% off the first night, since they donât have a cleaning crew until the next day. The next day, someone came into our room, but cleaning wasnât done, because now thereâs no cleaners available. So why did someone come into our room? Suspicious. They then said a cleaner will come the following day, but I said no because I feel uncomfortable now. Plus, we will be checking out the following day, so whatâs the point. I asked them for additional refund, but they refused saying I agreed already to only 10% off the first night. I argued that I only agreed, as they promised me a cleaning, which didnât happen, and I feel uncomfortable they had someone come into our room for nothing. They insisted it doesnât matter as I already agreed.
Also, the showers were not cleaned well, it was very slippery that my daughter slipped and hit her face. They ignored this issue. Lastly, thereâs a corridor that heads to all rooms, and it has a door. When we first opened the door, the hinge pin fell out, and the door was hanging off. The pin almost fell on my motherâs face, but luckily she moved in time. My husband replaced the hinge, because itâs a safety hazard. When I mentioned this, they said the door is fine, but nothing about my mother. The door isnât fine, the pin was put back into place only by hand so it is still sticking out. By the way, Iâm still waiting on my refund.
