The house is older but has many upgrades. The host was very responsive and courteous. In a good location and convenient to the expressway. There were also many amenities that other VRBO’s don’t offer. Thanks for the hospitality.

The neighborhood was questionable. When we arrived at the house, we entered to a small of marijuana. The property was dirty, and there was mold/mildew around the air conditioning units. One of the beds was soaked through to the mattress from air conditioner condensation dripping. We could not stay there and had to get a hotel. It was awful. The property manager was responsive, however they wanted to fix it (they couldn't), and then they denied that there was anything wrong with the property. Then, they accused us of stealing a TV and charged us 300. I was incredulous. We didn't even stay there! I tried to work with VRBO, but they continued to "research our ticket" until I finally contacted my credit card company and contested the charge. What a nightmare!

Charming Graham House
What a cute house in a great part of town! As a Graham native, this house offered lots familiarity and nostalgia as well as convenience to anything you might need! Just a very short drive from downtown, this nicely updated home had tons of charm and comfort. We are a family of 6 and the sleeping arrangements worked out nicely for us with privacy for teens upstairs and plenty of space for adults and young kids on the main level. The beds were comfy, the home was clean and spacious. I highly recommend checking it out if you’re visiting Graham or surrounding towns.

left a note at the house telling of our problems.
1. Garbage from previous guests never emptied. Could not put our garbage in there.
2. Bugs and crickets in the house from cracks under the door, doors hard to open and close to screened porch, kitchen door and back gate,
3. Only 3 rolls of toilet paper for 10 people for 5 days.
4. Dogs barking from midnight till 3 or 4 in the morning.
5. Not enough towels and washcloths.

Short, sweet stay
The property is an older home that has a few upgrades. One bedroom door upstairs didn't have a knob, or close and the downstairs bathroom didn't have a lock. Overall though, the house was clean and decently stocked with games, dishes and cooking supplies. It was perfect for our shirt stay in the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This property is centrally located and very well thought out. We were amazed by the little things that made our stay more comfortable and accommodating. Very beautiful
I loved the property- it is an updated older home with lots of charm. The upstairs rooms have their own AC units since it is in a sort of attic type location but the bathroom upstairs is so nice. The beds are very comfortable as well and it is nice to have a well stocked kitchen. The only improvement I would suggest is to make a wider driveway since the second one is faraway, and the trees and bushes near both driveways needed trimming. Overall, love to stay at Elmay Properties they are always clean, comfortable and a nice home away from home!

Greensboro Visit
This property was extremely comfortable and convenient for our stay in the Greensboro area. The online pictures gave an accurate portrayal of the property. It was nicely decorated and all of the living areas and beds were comfortable and clean. The location was a 5 minute walk to the charming downtown area of Graham, which had restaurants and most importantly for the kids, ice cream!.
Aside from being near downtown Graham, the property was also conveniently situated for access to grocery stores, Greensboro, and for college visits for our oldest son to all of the nearby universities.
The property came well equipped with extra toiletries, soap, shampoos, coffee, and the basics required for cooking meals.
