Smallest 2 bedroom VRBO cabin on the lake because it is simply 2 large rooms with an adjoining Jack and Jill bathroom (Both rooms share 1 bathroom). No kitchen. If this is OK, please read on 😅😎👍

- Excellent Option for: small families, kids, in-laws (overflow from VRBO’s, hotels/resorts), *small* work crews
- Great for boating, fishing, and local events with overnight stays
- Plenty of private space to park your boat trailer, SUV, or RV just outside your door (see pics)
- Perfect Location: Services within 1 mile (Grocery, SnoCones, Pizza, Pubs, Restaurants, Parks, Hike|Bike Trails)
- High Speed internet and Dish included (2 TV’s)
- Ideally located on peninsula between two nearby public boat ramps accessing both sides of lake.
- If you are only needing a place for one night, for 1 or 2 people max, please inquire about additional discount off of published price

VRBO for those who want a simple, super clean place and don’t need to cook, nor want to cook.
• No kitchen, but there’s a charcoal barbeque + mini fridge/freezer, microwave, and coffee maker in suite
• Not lakefront. Property is located behind an adjacent lake front home with no view.

This VRBO has worked best for:
• 👍👍😎 Staying night before a fishing trip (guide can pick you up at dock).
• 👍👍😎 Boating, Hiking and event overnight stays, overflow from other vrbo’s or homes in area
• 👍👍😎 Rocker B Baseball camp
• 👍👍😎 Families or couples who spend most of their time on lake a need a perfect place to stay at night.
- 5 Minute boat ride to Hells Gate if you use the dock option

Guest space and size Considerations:
• 👍👍😎Perfect for a single, a couple, or for a small family with 2 tweens/teens or even up to 4 small children.
• 👍👍😎Great for 2 couples and no kids (must be pre-approved) … this has worked really well every time
• 🫣😐😬No More than 3 *adult* guests unless at least 2 are a couple sharing a bed.
(twin xl bunk beds work great for *kids* or tweens/teens … upper bunks don’t work really work for adults 😀)

- Lake and Dock access will *not* be available for July 4, 2026 weekend
- Adjacent lakehouse covered boat dock has *locked* ramp access but may be available for a fee
- The boat dock if available can moor 2 boats 🚤 🚤 on dock sides
- Dock upgrade is best cost option on the lake if you bring your boat and want it docked steps away
- Covered dock with furniture and lights is great for guests with watercraft, or who want to fish, swim, or gather.
- [shared guest access price - shared with Lakehouse guests] If available, extra fee per night for shared access is ($50/$100/$125) [weekday/weekend/holiday]
- We might have lake toys available for use (kayaks, lilly pad, saddle floats, etc) for those renting the dock (no charge, however need to check if available)
- [exclusive private access may also be available upon request] Private access includes access to Lakehouse outdoor kitchen and patio.

**Work Crews on per diem: Ask about our additional discount for 1 person single stays, or multiple repeat stays. We love repeat work crews who take care of our VRBO. We promise you a super clean rental, extra towels, strong hot water for shower, and good coffee. However: Unless staying for a night or two, our VRBO works best for max 2-3 workers staying overnight. Please don’t try to stuff our super clean VRBO with your 5 man work crew for a work week - max 2-3 man workcrew guests for multi night stay. Also, please don’t cook up a massive pot of Jambalaya in the room (😄) for our future guests to savor. If you need to sleep a crew of 4 or more workers for a single night the owner will approve *if* you request in advance, but this can’t work for more than 2-3 nights (please communicate honestly with owner or risk losing your entire $400 deposit for extra deep cleaning - house rule)**

• Safe, serene, area with good neighbors who enjoy the peace of the lake at night.
• This is *not* a party place. Parties for anyone other than sleeping guests are prohibited.
• Fireworks are strictly prohibited. Please don’t risk fire damage and/or loss of property or injury.

Outdoor Security Camera (may be deactivated upon request):
- For property protection of adjacent Lakehouse, an exterior camera may be active during your stay. The camera is a motion activated camera located away from this VRBO and near the Lakehouse entry at the top of the steps. When camera is activated, it transmits and records (this may be deactivated before your visit upon request).
