Situated in a fully enclosed, well-kept garden area of 1750 sqm, the Villa Lara provides various amenities to its guests. Among these are a 37 sqm swimming pool, a court suitable for badminton or volleyball, a covered terrace featuring a barbecue fireplace, and a table and benches perfect for al fresco dining. Additionally, it offers three parking spaces and outdoor play equipment such as a swing and slide, located just outside the property, ensuring entertainment for younger guests.

The villa's interior boasts a generous living space of 180 sqm, fully air-conditioned for maximum comfort, plus a 30 sqm covered terrace. The layout includes a spacious living room with a comfortable seating arrangement, a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, and a toilet. Accommodation comprises three bedrooms, each featuring a double bed, satellite TV, air conditioning, and a private shower/toilet. The fourth bedroom has bunk beds.
