« We stayed at this property last year and we loved so this was one of the major decision to come back this year. well, it was a totally different experience this year. we were extremely disappointed by the readiness and cleanliness of the apartment. it was not clean, water leaks everywhere, bathroom and kitchen. washer not working, one bathroom completely out of commission for continuous water leak. main shower drain not working. Wifi password provided in welcome email does not work. when...

"La chambre nĂ©cessitait clairement un rafraĂźchissement ou, Ă  minima, un nettoyage approfondi. La salle de bain Ă©tait particuliĂšrement nĂ©gligĂ©e, avec des joints de baignoire trĂšs encrassĂ©s. L’état gĂ©nĂ©ral de la piĂšce ne m’a pas inspirĂ© confiance en matiĂšre d’hygiĂšne, au point de m’abstenir de m’asseoir sur le canapĂ©. Dommage, car l’hĂŽtel avait un bon potentiel, mais la propretĂ© est un critĂšre essentiel pour un sĂ©jour agrĂ©able. "
