"Le personnel de l’hôtel est accueillant. La chambre était propre et assez spacieuse. Bonne literie sauf pour le 3ème lit qui était un peu petit pour un adulte et moins confortable (semble être un lit d’appoint). Plusieurs services de restauration sur place avec la possibilité de manger sur place ou à emporter."

"I would like to sincerely thank you for the excellent welcome during my two-night stay at your magnificent 5-star hotel. Everything was perfect – spotless cleanliness, very friendly staff, and a great location close to the airport with a free shuttle service. I especially appreciated your responsiveness: despite my late arrival, you quickly and efficiently arranged for the shuttle to pick me up. When I arrived, my room was ready and waiting with a plate of fresh fruit and some delicious welcome treats – a lovely gesture that meant a lot to me. The common areas like the pool and garden are very well maintained. As for the food, while Egyptian cuisine isn’t usually my favorite, I found the meals to be varied and tasty. I absolutely recommend your hotel 1000%, and I will definitely be coming back. Thank you again for everything!"
