**We just added a Pack & Play as well as a high-chair for those with little ones.

The main floor includes an open-kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Our large windows allow you to look out onto the property with a glimpse of the lake through the lush forest while cooking your favorite meal or relaxing in the living room and watching TV by the fireplace. From the family room you have access to our wrap around, elevated large deck with BBQ grill and outdoor dining!

With our WiFi network, guests can work wirelessly and seamlessly anywhere in the house or out on deck that provides elevated outdoor space.

We cover the Association general fee, however the association will charge you to obtain an amenity pass. For anyone age 7 and above the pass is $8-$10/day/person.

Please note guests must fill out a rental permit with the association 5 days prior to arrival. A link will be provided post booking.
Parking limited to 5 cars, NO RVs.
Maximum of 6 guests total, regardless of age.

Guess are free to use any space in the house.
There’s a fire pit outside as well, right in front of the hammock that you are open to use.

Passes are available at the big bass Lake community center to utilize the communities facilities, which include :
* Tennis
* Pickle Ball
* Basketball
* Lake access for fishing and any water activities (nothing gas powered)
* Boat/kayak (reservations recommended, otherwise it is first come first serve)
* There is an indoor pool and an outdoor pool. The outdoor pool is open during the warm season and the indoor pool is available during the cooler months. (Confirm schedule with the community association or just ask us!)
Other things to note
We ask that the person booking the property be at least 25 years old and our association does not allow booking for the purpose of parties. This is a small, quiet neighborhood with retirees and families that value this quiet and family oriented community.
