Cozy up by the fireplace after a fun day on the slopes or on the lake! Get a great night's sleep in comfortable beds with brand new mattresses in every room. Cook in the fully supplied kitchen, order delivery or enjoy a meal from the on-site restaurant, Passing the Thyme (delicious and only a 1/2 mile walk.)

Enjoy our YouTube TV account and the extensive list of movies we provide to our guests or log into your own Netflix/Disney+/Prime account on the 75" Smart TV in the main living space.

The second floor loft includes a 50" Smart TV with XBox, Board Game Closet, Artist's Crafting Desk and dedicated office workspace with docking station and printer in case you need to get a little work done during your stay.

Outside you'll enjoy reconnecting with nature. The large, wooded yard includes a furnished deck, firepit, hammock, picnic table, propane grill and smoker.

The home is in walking distance to the Club House: Outdoor Pool with Splash Pad, Basketball, Tennis, Pickleball, and on-site restaurant. It is a 2 minute drive from the Main Lake in Big Bass Lake Community, complete with a Playground, Beach, Marina and boat rental stand. It is a short drive to 2 additional lakes and the Recreation Center with an Indoor Pool, Sauna, Game Area, and Fireside Lounge. In the winter there is an on-site snowtubing hill and iceskating on the lake. As registered renters in the community, guests will have access to all community amenities with purchase of daily passes ($8/day weekdays, $10 sat/sun, age 7 and up) Access to amenities is OPTIONAL. Please be aware that some community amenities are seasonal and may not be open during your stay.

Just a short drive to all of the Pocono attractions - Skiing/Snowboarding and Tubing, Outlet Shopping, Antique Hunting, Kalahari, Great Wolf Lodge and Aquatopia Water Parks, Breweries, Wineries, State Gamelands and more. Minutes from the Lehigh River and Gouldsboro State Park.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
There are 2 bedrooms and a Sunroom that has been approved to convert into a 3rd bedroom in addition to a sleeping loft. You may use these flexible spaces in any way you wish for your party of up to 9 people! Queen, Full, and Twin air mattresses are provided for additional flexibility.

Bedroom 2: (1) Queen, (2) Full, (1) Twin *Full and Twin are part of a bunk bed/trundle
Bedroom 3/Sunroom: (1) Queen Sleeper Sofa
Loft: (1) Full Futon.

*All mattresses have been replaced in 2024 and are plush, comfortable, and come with fresh linens.

This home is located in a secure, gated, private resort community. After booking, you will be required to fill out a rental registration form, including the names of all guests and contact information. This will be emailed to you. No other guests are permitted into the community or property during your stay. The registration form must be completed at least 3 business days prior to your check-in date or the community will charge you an additional $50 late registration fee.

Due to HOA restrictions, no more than 9 people are allowed at the property during any booking (day or night, regardless of age).

There are 3 exterior security cameras. One is at the entrance facing the driveway another is on the back of the home facing the woods and the 3rd is facing the side driveway. Cameras are outward facing and are aimed away from interior spaces.
